Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website alwaysandforever.ca and all associated subdomains operated by Always & Forever ("I", "me", "my"). By using this service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Always & Forever provides custom-designed wedding websites with digital invitation and RSVP management features. Each client receives a unique website hosted on a subdomain of alwaysandforever.ca.

Pricing and Payment

  • The free plan lets you build, customize, and launch a fully functional wedding website at no cost.
  • Premium is an optional one-time upgrade for $99 CAD that unlocks additional features.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

What's Included

All couples receive a wedding website on their own subdomain, an RSVP system, a guestbook and photo gallery, a couple dashboard for managing content and guests, and hosting for up to 6 months after the wedding date. Premium adds custom RSVP fields, guest access codes, custom URL, expanded photo storage, custom audio, and premium design options.

Site Duration

Your wedding website will remain live for up to 6 months after your wedding date. You may request to take your site down sooner at any time. You can download your site content, including guestbook messages and photos, at any time while the site is live. Once hosting ends, the site and its content are removed.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (photos, text, guest lists, and other materials). By providing content, you grant me a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of building and hosting your wedding website.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide (e.g. you own the photos or have permission to use them).

Guest Data

RSVP responses, guest contact information, and guestbook messages collected through your wedding website are shared with you (the couple) for the purpose of wedding planning. This data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Referral Program

If you refer a couple who books a wedding website, both you and the referred couple receive $25 CAD. Referral credits are issued after the referred couple has paid. Details and eligibility may change at my discretion.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in your dashboard. When you delete your account, your wedding site is taken down immediately. Your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. You can cancel the deletion by signing back in within that period.

Third-Party Services

This service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, and other functionality. Use of these providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. See the Privacy Policy for a full list of providers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Collect personal information from guests for purposes other than wedding planning
  • Misrepresent yourself or your event
  • Attempt to access other clients' websites or data
  • Interfere with the service, its servers, or its security features
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

Limitation of Liability

I strive to provide a reliable service, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

Either party may end the arrangement at any time. If you wish to cancel before your site goes live and before payment, you owe nothing. If you wish to take your site down after launch, contact me and I will take it down promptly.

I reserve the right to remove any website that violates these terms.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
